I guess I'm "that" dad. I bought the horse from her for my youngest daughter. I wouldn't call him finished yet, but we have hauled him a little recently. I try to tell the kids, that horses aren't bicycles, and they don't all ride the same. So, when we hit a barrel show, I sometimes have them ride each other's horses. My littlest won the youth and placed in the 2d at a 4d barrel race twice recently. His age is right, and he's sane and sound. I hated to let him leave the barn. I won't say, what she charged me for him, but she'll make a horse trader some day.

Don't feel bad BF. I bought a 67 Mustang at least 3 times!
Once when I was 18, (my first car.)
Gave it to my daughter on her 16th birthday.
When she needed another car, I bought it back from her so that she would have a down payment.
Then when I divorced, I had to again pay the ex for it (even though it was purchased before marriage.)
