Heres a better picture of my new highland bull. Please ignore the horns.

He sure looks stout, with plenty of thickness and adequate depth.

However, I must admit that I've been a little fooled by some long haired cattle (i.e. Highlands and Galloways). Some of them appear more muscular than they really are because the hair gives them the appearance of having more muscle than what they really do.

Are you going to have him breed the crossbred cow (HerefordXShorthorn ?) that was in the earlier email? If so, it will be interesting to see what the calf looks like.
 
sure is a cute little guy id grab him by the horns. turn him into one of tose little miniture bucking bulls in the peewees
 
Execpt hes not so little. he weighs in at around 1600-1700+ pounds.

I saw those little bulls once and they sure are cute. They had them at my local county fair rodeo as a after rodeo attraction.

Very different.
