Heifer Safe CIDR synch

Hello I am looking for a heifer safe CIDR synch plan that is timed AI. I know there are some out there that you watch for heat 2-4 days after the CIDR but I would like to have something that is timed. I am doing it for a farmer down the road for me and with my work schedule I need something that is timed. Any info you have would be very helpful. Thanks

The one I'm going to use is 7 day co-synch + CIDR
day one insertCidr give shot of gnrh

Day 7 remove cidr give shot pg

AI in 54 hrs +/- 2 give second gnrh shot also

For heifers.
A lot more experts out there though.
