This heifer was exposed to the bull starting 2/15/23 and is just starting to make a bag, small but starting. I'm wondering about the discharge, I'll just keep a good eye on her.

pic may distort the actual color but I think it is just the cervical plug coming out if her cervix is starting to dilate. they will also replace a cervical plug throughout the pregnancy and not uncommon during late pregnancy. I would still keep an eye on her though.

Yes the color is actually more clear than the picture, not as clear as when she's in heat.
Good to know cuz the pic looks yellow.

To me anyway, looks like typical pre-calving mucous/plug etc. And then she had a green grass POOP all on it

My little dial says that she would be calving on the 23rd November if the bull bred her the 1st day and that is about what she looks like, vulva just starting to look a bit puffy.

Not yet, she's making more of a bag finally. Hope she waits until I get home or doesn't need help.

Didn't take her long to find the stall with the bedding. 
Love when they're up and nursing even before mama has a chance to clean 'em off.

Only thing missing is the ear tag and castration if your gonna do that.

I had to rush off to the Dr and work! Absolutely no mini cows around here.
