My grand father had alot of Shorthorn cattle when I was a kid. He had whites, red, paints and roans. We had a few too and I always liked them. Don't see as many now as I used to in our parts.

I was thinking Charolais with Murray Grey type bodies...until I saw the hint about the "properties". So...my guess now is shorthorn. ;-)
