I live in Northwest Kansas. How does a young guy get his name out there to find pasture to rent? I would like to start a cow calf outfit with around 20 cows. The ultimate goal is to be able to farm full time for a living. With only 20 cows in a commercial operation, what ideas are there for marketing? Any input would be very well appreciated. Thank you

I'd start by dropping in on folks and asking if they have or know of anyone with pasture for lease. Around here most stores and donut shops has a bulletin board where you could post a flyer. Good luck!
