Getting a flatbed installed next week

Here is a project I did for my oldest Son that went into the Army. While he was in boot camp we redid his truck. He laid it over after a long night of partying and 4 wheeling on a ranch prior to joining the Army. The cab was bent but with the help of a good friend, we got it straightened up and looking good. My youngest son and I pulled this old flatbed off a F250 I had and mounted it on his Dodge. We did not have access to lifts or FEL's at the time. Used old style camper jacks, cinder blocks and profanity :)

Presto changeo.

Now that is a mean looking rig...for a chevy... :cowboy:

What are you running for wheels and tires?

The Chevy was too cheap to pass up. Wheels are XD someting or others. Tires are Fierce Attitude, now made by Good Year. We get lot's of miles out of them, and plenty of our driving is on gravel. I'm not real big on the custom wheel bit, but I do prefer aluminum over steel, given our winters. I'll admit, it did make the truck look better. The boss is a little upset about tearing up another one that's clean and smells good, but I reckon she'll still love me once she gets over it. lol

They can't stay clean forever, they got to earn there keep! You ought to see what this one looks like today, 30k miles later.

That was my plan, but nobody let me drive it until I took it to your house.
