Got a free bin that held glue.It should hold about a ton of grain,Has anyone used one to store feed in?Any helpful hints or ideas to make it work?THanks

It's a plastic container that sets on a 3'x4'metal pallet and 3' tall, surrounded by a metal cage.Local woodworking company gets them with glue in them.I've done cleaned the glue out.

I've got one of those as well but it had something other than glue in it. I haven't found a use for it yet but I'm sure I will. How do you plan to use it as a feed bin? Cut it down or are you planning to put the feed in thru the hole in the top and let it run out the bottom somehow? Or???

the mill said it needed a bigger hole on top,so we'll cut one.Made a sliding door on the side near the bottom. We don't have alot of cows ,but get tired of carrying 100lb sacks to the barn.I guess we'll see how this works
