I am looking for a song that says something about the back 40 being sold in hard times and sold off in half acre lots over night. I should know who sang it but just cant put my finger on it.Can anyone help me here?

I really enjoyed listening to that song. When I went to youtube, and he started to sing, I saw on the right where it has Marty and Merle Haggard. Then I clicked on that one. I loved it. After going to ST Louis and then coming back home, I am truely blessed to live out here in nowhere land.
I wouldnt have it any other way. I have deer in my back yard at times and live about 50 miles from a real town. We have little towns about 17-20 miles away but these little towns are really struggling.
