Sold a couple of cows that had skipped calving last year, three steers, and heifer yesterday. Mid Missouri Stockyards in Phillipsburg. Feeders did okay, down a bit from April sales. I'm still terrible at judging cow weight but okay on feeders. I knew the heavy girl was big as she had a lot of Charolais in her, but I thought a lot closer to 1600 than 2000. Looks like both preg checked out but I wasn't carrying them through another winter. I'll give them one pass usually but not two.
