Where's the beef ?

I like to use flank steak, cut thin, against the grain. It is always really tender and sautes up quickly. I like to use shworma seasoning on it, coat in olive oil, add seasoning, mix thoroughly and throw it in the frying pan for 7 -10 minutes.

I like to use chipotle chili's, cumin, garlic, lime juice and a little oil on the meat. Salt to taste. Put it all in the blender or food processor and it makes a thick liquid to really coat and marinate the meat. Works for beef or chicken fajitas.
