Smoked salmon recipe ?

I do a simple brown sugar/salt/pepper mix, dry, and cover the salmon top and bottom. Marinate for 24 hours (12 works, but 24 is better). Smoke with cherry or a fruit wood chip. An entire salmon will disappear before I can get it off the rack! lol

What temp do you smoke at and how long ?
 
I smoke at 200 degrees and smoke for about an hour. I have a internal thermometer, and want my salmon to reach 140F. Here is a good video on smoking...

I'm not fond of fish of any type but my family does. Wife finally got me to agree to smoke some salmon a few years back. I had no how or what to do so googled and read a bit. These are the instructions I settled on and follow however I don't use the thyme and use lemon juice rather than lime.
