eliminating wild blackberries

Help Support CattleToday:

With the price of food going up along with everything else. You can pick them and sell for $3pt and make money!

I had a 5 ac patch and cut it a half dozen times last summer and it turned into nice pasture. No chemicals. Made me start thinkin about sheep though. Its surrounded of mature timber full of nuts. Maybe pigs then... hmmm. Anyway, good luck.

If you are needing a non-restricted herbicide that got near 100% control on blackberries (result demonstration that I posted the link in earlier post), the consider Pasturegard.

I wanted to circle back and take a minute to thank those that responded. Waited on the white flowers was an awesome plan in that you could easily find the hidden patches. I hand sprayed remedy (non restricted) and appears to have done a great job. I did not spray all of it but so far has gotten the biggest grouping of it. I may try more hand spraying this summer to attempt additional kills, but I will definitely hit additional areas in the next Spring. Again, Thanks
