Got a all nighter last night. Pround to see it. Figured the secret out to getting more rain.

That's great circlew. I think we're getting what's left of that today. Sure need it. Four inches below normal. Hot and windy.

The ground is wet here, so that's good. But 1/10 ain't going to help much. Looks like most of the rain is going south of us. I know lots of people here that have been praying for weeks for a good rain. The preacher ain't going to make it rain, no way no how.
 
Well boy's I just pray yall don't get a three year lesson like we did in drought management.
Three years ago I had 37 momma cows two years ago 28 by the end of last summer 10.
 
Down here in the jungle got 3 1/2 early in the week and is raining it's ass off now.
Lighting show that was unblievable this afternoon shutdown sorting cows for the salebarn tomorrow until in the morning.
Old neighbor and I have been setting in his loafing shed for two hours before it let up enough to get to the truck.

Ended up with 1.62" yesterday an shooting for more today.
Tell you what, these wireless auto emptying weather gizmos are pretty cool. Pricey but work well
 
We got by-passed again (just enough to screw up haybaling) ....Next drought is probably already on it's way. Not that we are hurting right now, should be good hay baling weather the next 10 days...but missing this one is going to show on the pastures in a few days.
 
Nothing here yet. Looks good for tonight and Sunday. No rain has got me stressed out, and I thought commercial fishing was bad.
