Going to a bull sale tomorrow. They had an earlier sale and all bulls had a 50K test. In this sale they have a full ET brother to what had a 50K test done. Being same DNA, just different recips...the epds on the one with a 50K test should be just like the ones that didn't have it done?

Actually no. Different animals have different genotypes as well as phenotypes. No full sibs are the same unless you spilt an embryo or clone them.
