dieselbeef, the dodge is just fine. I don't drive it much. I need to pull the front off the engine to check for the KDP and I'll steam clean the radiator while It's opened up. She just turned over 200K with no problems noteable.

its older than a 99..i fergit what yr it is. i dont think after 99 the kdp is an issue...
my trucks and 02 and its got 200k already..i think 150k of it has had a tlr on it too

Dumb question. I don't use much diesel in the old tractor so i get it at the local Exxon in a can. They have off road diesel without the taxes that i buy. Is the off road diesel also low sulfur?

all comm avail diesel is the same now..less than 15ppm sulpher..dye is a color designation as to when you bought it if you paid the road taxes or now..red does not include the road tax in the price...
