What's the best way to deworm a heifer? What's the best way to deworm a heifer? How often should it be done? Also, what should I put in the stalls and coral to help keep the area sanitized.

I use Ivomec Plus injectable...many different worming options available...however, if I remember right, you do NOT want to worm at this time of year due to migrating grubs, which could potentially kill your animal if the grubs die in certain locations (esophegus or spinal cord).

I would think liming once a year wold be good. Just daily clean the pen. If it does not rain you might not need to worm. I use ivomec pour on in conjuction with safeguard. I read an article about the tandom in Drovers.
