i had one exactly like that two years ago, cow had to have a c-section, all four feet were coming at the same time, and the backs and fronts felt the same, and once out looked exactly the same, needless to say we couldnt feel the middle so we were extremely confused when we couldnt get things straight. thought we were dealing with two different calves. i would think most cows probably abort those types of fetuses very early on, but once in a great while they go full term unfortunatly.
