It's rather late in the month to have a contest. I'm thinking we skip this month, take a break and start off again in the New Year. Are you all okay with that?

How's your weather been so far this season Putangitangi? We have had exactly 66mm and several heat waves. It's not so nice!!

Spring has been slightly tricky, dry and cold for longer than we like but it's warmed up a lot now and there's been regular rain, so things are pretty relaxed. Helps if you stock slightly lower numbers too. Feels like summer is just about to begin.

heck I have ruts in my yard from pulling a hand wagon with one bale of hay to feed the bull behind the house....
