So I've been thinking how about On The Fly Fixes for the August contest. I've been told I'm a boarder line civil engineer with baling wire and vice grips.
We've all used ratchet straps in a pinch, but what's your best Oh $hit got to fix it to get off the road or out of the field and all you have is duct tape and chewing gum.

On The Fly Fixes! Send me your best (or worst) MacGyver pics. This should be fun!!!

I have 'fixed' lots of stuff using hose clamps in places that had nary a hose anywhere around it.
(some novice 'engineers' have not a clue that you can connect as many worm type hose clamps together as ya want to; doubling or tripling their size if need be)

Had to haul corn yesterday with a less than perfect tractor.
Couldn't get my phone charger to stay in. Nothing a piece of corn stock couldn't fix.
