cut hay or wait

I wouldn't wait and chance it too long. NE Georgia is covered up with army worms. Hay cutting is going on like wild fire right now. Never seen army worms as bad as they are now.

20% chance and apparently that means it rains on my hay field and no where else for 10 miles around. I haveing a heck of a time getting it dry without a 15min shower the last 2 days at 4 o'clock.

I know from the way the rain normally moves into our area that is he says 10 percent chance then I'm gonna get rain because I'm in the ten percent if his area that rain moves into first. At this time of year though all the rain just pops up here and there so no way to predict those.
