I've started going to a class on beef cattle production and I just thought it would be neat to start posting a bit of what I have to go through in the lectures and add a little of what I know and what I learned from them. So I did up a post this morning (actually had to redo it because somehow it got goofed up some how... :x ) on body condition scoring, and thought I'd let folks know on here know about it.
