Well I own a commercial building that is next to a crematorium. The government has taken it over and upgraded the system to burn every 1 hour. This all happened last week. The owner was given a trailer to live in so he doesn’t have to worry about infecting his family as the bodies come through.

But, it’s actually quiet funny how many Americans again think this is about them. Like the whole world loses sleep about who you vote for haha. The ego is enormous.

You do realize there is no vaccine right? That this is the first viral pneumonia that the world has seen? That nothing right now can stop it? It’s comical the intelligence on some people on here.

The bold part seems a bit too fictionalized to believe. Like something out of 1984/Brave New World. Please provide sources, because it reeks of the Facebook post going around that states the National Guard is preparing to do a 30 day quarantine on everyone in the US.

Cite your sources on the underlined part. We see viral pneumonia all the time where I work. J12.9 is the ICD 10 code to bill out viral pneumonia. Google it. It's prevalent.

I definitely don’t see it as America’s job to figure this out so we can help other countries. Let them fend for themselves instead of standing there waiting for a handout from the US.

Maybe this will open people’s eyes up and they will think about where their food and medicine come from.

Since we live in such a global community, this is the worst stance to take. Security issues and economic issues, yes, but by not helping them, you are going to spread it right back to us.

The flu virus covers the 3 strains that scientists and the medical community feel will be the most prevalent that year. It does not cover all strains. That accounts for part of the reason we still see deaths from it. Others include people not getting vaccinated, and the fact that people are gross.

Come on your bright enough to be able to read statistics. You surely can understand that the mortality rate is considerable higher. Especially people in your bracket. You should be grateful people like me are taking your health seriously by staying home and not spreading conspiracies.

We got toooooo much coming and going from our country. We won't learn our lesson, but the lesson needs to be learned. This would be everybody elses problem, if people would have just stayed on good old US soil, and not let anybody in.

We also have no idea if the "reporting" from other countries is accurate. I hate for anybody to die but.........They caused the problem, they should have shut their corner of the world down and dealt with it.

How can you say that it is 10x more deadly?? We have no idea apparently on how many people has had this virus and not even now it. So maybe it is maybe it isn’t.

They understood it for much longer but they selfishly kept it a secret and allowed hundred of thousands of people to come to our countries. They should be held accountable. What that means I have no idea but as a Canadian I wouldn't flex my tiny bicep. I know that Canada is a tiny tiny flake on the scale of countries but for once in my life I actually agree with Trump. Population density is most of it; I wouldn't call that lifestyle. People who are in the woods hunting wild game and gutting it with their bare hands are at just as much of a risk of contracting a novel virus as a person making bat soup in China. The only difference is that the hunter in the woods usually dies before spreading it to half a continent.

The Chinese government absolutely bears a lot of responsibility for this, but the US government didn't do any better. Both countries tried to slow play it and keep up the economy until it was clearly out of control. My issue with people calling it the "China virus" is that there is a significant low IQ segment of the population that is incapable of separating the Chinese government with the Chinese ethnicity. Your average Chinese person is no more responsible for this than your average American is responsible for our outbreak.

You better not come to our mountains. Hunted wild game all my life and skin everything with bare hands. Knife in one hand and clear spring water in the other. But most times wash the knife before cutting an apple.
People have been so disinfected for so long they have no resistance.
