Land in that area goes from $12 to $25 an acre depending on the grass. By the way, that's per year.

You're probably right about that, but the ad doesn't say anything about a barn or stalls. Just two ponds on 11-1/2 acres. Anyway, if they can get that kind of money I'm happy for them. I just wouldn't pay anywhere close to it.

That's actually been subdivided for about ten years and nobody will build there.

Grass will grow, but it's mostly a red hill, so nothing too good.
