A trick i used that seemed to whiten well was to add cloths blueing to soap, it is easier to use a white soap and add blueing or blue palmolive and add more blueing. it makes the white pop.The cost for doing it this way compared to a premixed soap with blueing is alot less. But a question i have is where do you need to whiten the hair?

yes it is it is laundry dedergent it works good for white horses just make sure u get it all out
