I changed herds. The black Angus are still in the family, but I picked up a few Piedmontese. I will get them started and then the Grandsons can pick them up when I kick the bucket. But this gives me something to play with now. I am talking to the Grandboys, if you jack the price up on the meat locally, no one is going to buy it. They will buy it if they like the meat, but I am not going to buy meat and pay a ridiculous price for it. Don't expect your neighbors and friends to do the same because those are the people who will do business with you.
