My girlfriend is a chef and she has a set. Those things (the real ceramic knives) are expensive!! But yeah, they are great. They tend to be super sharp and hardly ever dull. The set she has has been put through two years of school and another 3 of work. The only down side, if any, is that they tend to be a little brittle. Well, I guess that's my fault for using knives for purposes that they weren't intended for.
