Hi, this is my 2nd year to be showing cattle. I showed a Limousin heifer last year and she is a.i.ed and she is going to have her calf in June(early). I don't really know what to feed her for showing her as a cow/calf project. The show I want to go to with her is at the end of July and at the beginning of August. And since she is going to be calving here in June. What is some of things I need to have for calving time? Right now my heifer is on free-choice hay(brome/alfafa) and she is on 2 pounds of cubes a day.What do I need to be feeding her? Please help me.......
