Have you grained them (before or after weaning)? Your cattle are always so impressive with their muscling. If you are not graining them, will you grain them to finish them out? About how old do you finish?
Calves start getting meal after weaning. Bulls until we sell them. The amount of meal is increased several times. Selling age depends from their size mainly and their birth date, as always sell all before winter comes. Currently oldest are 18 months old and will be sold soon. The youngest one just turned one year old, so he will be sold around October-November.Have you grained them (before or after weaning)? Your cattle are always so impressive with their muscling. Good powerful electric fence charger and respect for the fence is basically all it needs. Also they usually don't see any other cattle around for the whole grazing season, so it keeps them more calm. Many people aren't grazing bulls anymore here. We do not have facilities to keep them inside all year round and we usually do not have any issues with them, so it's not hard to keep them outside.Since your continent does not castrate, do you have to have good fencing to keep the bulls separated?
