calves not shedding off

My calves have all been wormed and vaccinated for about everything. However they are not shedding off there "winter coats" I guess you would call them. I've never had this much trouble in the past. They just have that brown shaggy look. I'm dying to see what they should look like, but for now I'm disappointed. What am I missing?

What's your weather been like over there? We're still having cool enough nights and mornings that I have put the short sleeve shirts back in the closet. Our Angus have been slow to shed that winter coat. And genetics plays a role, too. Our Krugerrand calves (he was a popular show sire years ago) will have longer hair, later into the spring/summer, than our EXT or 036 calves.

try giving them some minerals. usually works.
