calf with bent neck

I had a calf born today and I have never seen anything like it. I calf's neck is turned toward the left and will not straighten out. The right ear is also stuck to the neck, it is as if this calf was rubbered necked inside and just stayed that way. The calf cannot get up, but has eaten. Any ideas??

Severe scoliosis. Can be genetic or from eating toxic plants. Unfortunately, this calf won't likely make it IF my guess is correct. ASK YOUR VET!!!

Thanks for the help. I asked my Vet and she did not know. But thanks to the info on the internet I came to the same conculsion. Thanks for your help. P.S. he did not make it.
