Calf Grower to Calf Developer

I bought a 6 month old Brangus Steer to show at Harvest Festival next year and the man had been feeding him Martindale Calf Grower and I want to switch to Martindale Calf Developer because it is a better show feed..He was Castarated yesterday..Should I keep him on his regular feed until he heals from this or should I start now? Thanks For Your Help

> start now? Thanks For Your Help Hope you didn't change your ration right after you castrated him. Best not to make changes when cattle are under stress.
