I was posting on another topic and remembered this from a few years back.
The local phone company around here was taking on some newhires and a guy transfered form New York City. The newhire had been around phone service work for several years but not in a rural setting. He was out on a call with guy from the local area. They went to a phone junction box on the right-of-way for a country road. When they got there the junction box was torn all to pieces. The NewYork guy said "what happened to that box". The local guy said "probally a bushhog". The newyork guy stood there in amasement for a couple of minutes then ask .....

I heard it from the local guy. He has told that story over and over.
