Hereford X Brahma.
Then cover those girls with something black and little ear.

Crossing a third breed with Hereford X Brahman F1s doesn't give you an F2. Sounds like a good idea anyway.

So Super Man was 1/4 Brahman?cmf1":nalk1jg3 said:Thanks for the correction Van.
F-1 x F-1 = F-2 Makes much more sense than my misinformed take on the crossing.
Super Baldies would then be a 3-way cross. ( a "Vic" akin to a "nick") ;-)
MF135,
I thought that the term "Super" referred to 1/4 Brahman influence for added heat tolerance.
No matter the color or prescription used to achieve it.
Red Super,
Yellow Super,
Black Super, etc.
All "real", all supers.
So is that just your favorite cross to get one or is this something else I am misinformed on?
As always I am more than willing to stand corrected.
I'm married with three teenage daughters. I live corrected. :lol2:
Yessir. 3/16ths brahman, 5/16ths angus, and 1/2 hereford makes up the super baldie as I know it. I use the term to refer to black wf but I suppose they could be red wf as well. (red brangus)alacattleman":1ddv3k7o said:super baldies are brangus/herefordX
