there was a thread on FB, my son sent me a screen capture. it said he was in hospice but I think it got edited. either way this is sad news. he has been living nearby for a number of years. he did a fundraiser for a ranching group I was involved with a long time ago. will always remember that.

We're devastated to hear that Baxter Black is retiring, for health reasons.
