OMG, I stand out on the front porch, and can hear -- from every direction -- cows and calves hollering! It's that time of year -- they're all getting sorted out. Toppenish Market's regular beef days are Thursdays -- expect everyone is gearing up for this week or next week, before the weather gets bad. :roll:
