Applebee's Beefs Up Its Menu With 'Steak & Angus'

Can't remember if I posted this one before or not.
So here ya go.
Add Applebee's to the ever growing list of restraints who are now serving the very best.
It looks like the demand for Angus will continue to grow.

If I'm reading the menu correctly, the only thing Angus is the burgers, and the steaks are something else. (Maybe Angus, maybe not). Otherwise, why wouldn't they say the steaks are Angus, like the burgers? And why wouldn't the promotion be called something like "Angus Steaks and Burgers" instead of "Steak and Angus"?

Does this mean Applebee's thinks Angus is good for ground beef, but not the better cuts?
