Kind of odd I spose but I'll ask anyhow.
I have a friend who lives near Albany Oregon.
She has a couple of Servals (small "wild" african cats) she keeps. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serval
She likes to find beef, buffalo, and similar to feed them but paying supermarket prices isn't practical.
Hearts, liver, tongue, muscle, etc etc. Even rats and small animals......anyhow.
If any of you could help her out it would be appreciated. I would just give her your point of contact information and she can work it out from there.
