Covid put the ranch tours on hold for a while but Creekstone Farms Premium Beef brought some of their customers from Vegas & Nevada out this week. Love being able to participate in educating their customers where their beef comes from: the journey from calving to weaning and eventually the feedlot. Creekstone then takes them on a tour of the processing facility (designed by Temple Grandin). Generally chefs, butchers, buyers, restaurant owners, etc., who, for the most part, have never even been around a cow - much less hand-feeding one. So much fun!
