Aluminum trailer floor

What's the best way to clean an aluminum trailer floor and stop the oxidation or urine rot?
It's in a feather lite trailer, I'll probably cover it with diamond plate 18 gauge soon but I want to make sure the planks survive,

Use a pressure washer and mix lemon juice, cream of tartar, or vinegar and it will stop it.

Something to neutralize the urine? I pressure washed it out real good.
