Air Ride Seat Retrofit ?

Any suggestions on purchasing and installing a good air ride seat in an older tractor? Would you consider a used seat out of a semi?

I put one of these in my 4450, but I went with mechanical susp. rather than the air ride just cause that's what my newer tractor has, I love it. Replaced my old deere hydra cushion.

Truck seat would be fine if you have an air supply planned. Not sure I'd want a seat with a back that high though.

Yeah truck seats have too high of a back for my liking. Also you need to buy, mount and wire a small 12v pump to the seat.

Can't help with air seat, but on my 3020 when I needed a new one I picked up a deluxe boat seat and a swivel base.

Many combines come with air ride seats. Keep an eye out for a used one, or buy a new one from a dealership, probably can even buy just the base.

Grammer air ride seats have been my goto when retrofitting. Not cheap but hold up well. They make many of the OEM seats.
