These guys are careful, I guess. But animals are dangerous.

"Steve Irwin, the hugely popular Australian television personality and conservationist known as the "Crocodile Hunter," was killed Monday by a stingray while filming off the Great Barrier Reef. He was 44."

I forget oabout those things since I don't get to the beach very often, but yeah when talking about painful animal venom - I usually say the big red harvester ants are worse than scorpions, bees, wasps etc, but I got hit barely on my baby toe by a small one of those off the coast of Sonora. Talk about some intense pain for a few hours...



Oh my god, I read the article - it went into his chest and punctured his heart. What a freakish thing to happen. I am speechless.

as said on the coffee shop, sad , but he was an accident waiting to happen, if you play with fire expect to get burnt. I feel sorry for his wife and children.

Steve Erwin did what he wanted,he helped many humans and animals have a better life...I will miss him.. (Altho he took too many risks)
