8 day old calf that has scours

Can soomebody tell me what to do with a calf that has stinky scours at 8 days old. The vet give me some Sustaim #3 Calf Bolus and Veda-sorb for some other older calves that had sours and worked really while. But I was told that you can't give Sustaim 3 to any calf under a month old and I'm not sure is this Sustain # is. My Vet is out of town until Monday so can anybody help me. The sours is going on for 3 days now.<p>Help
