No Georgia is definitely the worst state in the nation, I don't recommend anyone moving here. It looks like the demographics of the population play a major roll in the statistics.

Interesting that Mississippi rated 49 BUT rated the 6th best state in the nation for the quality of life.
Arkansas 45 but quality of life 7.

Darryl. This is my opinion. I don't care whether you like it. I find that southerners are generally intolerant of ideas, values and philosophies that do not match their own. 8 times out of 10, it goes back to religious non-sense. Life is too short to waste on closeminded people.
