Two more days of 30+ winds. No rain since Thanksgiving. All of my wheat is gone due to being covered in dirt(crap will not come up twice). Seems we all are dealing with something different.

Buyers will notice what they are. At most barns I have been to they are tagged bulls on the hip and heifers on the rib. Most of the time the auctionere will note the mistaging. I think you will be OK.

I think alot of elderly and weakend people will die. My worse thought is of terrorists both foreign and domestic taking advantage of a situation. I think it is a good topic. I know people that don't ever want to think of things like this much less prepair for any type of disaster. Scotty

1 and 2 pounders fit in my frying pan really well. Scotty

You can soak them in milk for a little while. too long will casue them to break up. I roll mine in mustard/Tobasco sauce and them batter. not to thick or you will taste mustard. Scotty

I heard a story today about an eldrly lady that was in Cross Plains. She was in her front yard trying to flee. Her hip broke and she was burned to death. My inlaws went to look at the damage. They said it would resemble tornado damage if everything weren't blk. Scotty
