Ok, so we give the Bovine Ecolizer+C20 to calves at birth. Its Clostridium perfringens Type C and K99 E. coli antibodies to provide scour protection for newborn calves. Well, guess its not available this spring. So does anyone know of who does have it or an alternative. Thanks for any ideas. Jenna

Its amazing how hard some calves can sleep. I sometimes am fooled when they look "dead" too. Thers been a few I have walked up too, rubbed their head patted them, they act like they are dead to the world! Then, they wake up and boom they are gone, very fun to watch!

Might be a long shot, but could there be any noxious weeds in the feed you are feeding? Maybe CRP hay? Just a thought.? Could explain a abortion as well, maybe leading to other issues. Jenna
