    Predators

Were we live in Australia NSW we just have foxes but they don't touch the cattle (maybe new born calf but not likely). We set traps and go shooting, I haven't seen many for awhile. During spring while the sheep were lambing i saw a fox ran after and lamb crab it and threw it into the air.

One of my cows onto her second calf had to have it pulled same with the first time, the calf was a big bull he is now one of biggest calves in the herd and is growing fast. But in my case i could have lost the cow, so it's probably better to have a cow have a small calf that grows fast (not sure...

    Bull Prices ?

Sold a Simmental bull for $1750 (private sale) Bulls at local sale have been going very cheap, Some drought master bulls went really really cheap (i think it was because of their temperament, very aggressive. I was very surprised as they had stud tags??)

    AI/ET

Hi I have a few questions about breeding. What would be the average price to get an embryo transfer and also to get it fertilized by an AI sire? What would be the best recipient breed? would it be a dairy cow as the amount of milk produced?
