    I didn’t notice a noise. Would catch every once in a while. Then wouldn’t go forward on the left track but would go backwards. Worked fine after that for a while then left track completely locked up.

    Yes sir undercarriage, idlers and rollers look good. That is correct just one side locking up. I just spoke with a dozer mechanic. He is going to take a look Saturday. I’ll update on the culprit. Hopefully nothing big

    Was doing some clearing today and my left track started locking up. It would lock up going forward then unlock going in reverse. Would work fine for a while then locked up again. Any thoughts? It is a John Deere 850J

    Ford 3.5 ecoboost with 10 spd auto

    I have the exact same truck. Great fuel mileage. But the 3.5L is known for timing chain and phaser issues. You can look it up, very well known problem. Starts with a little rattle on cold start.

    I have a 5083E that I have been happy with. Pulls my 15 ft HX15 batwing brush hog well. It is fwd with fel. Pushing 3000 hours now and no major issues.

    I have a 24' Stoll and a 36' Gooseneck brand, both are good trailers. Stoll is much lighter and pulls great and still heavy enough. Next one i buy will most likely be a Neckover.

    I have a 2018 F150 with 3.5L ecoboost, 22k miles, crew cab 4x4. Bought the truck to drive to work (90 mile round trip). I average 23-24 mpg, will do 26 if i keep my foot out of it. This is my second one, i highly recommend.
