    Thinking about a new tractor

i bought a used 2015 massey 4610 4x4 with cab and fel. a few things i dont like but overall its been a real good tractor so far(2000 hrs). its pretty noisy being a 3 cylinder but thats how they got around not having emissions. loud enough that i definitely would not by an open cab model.

    My new Wagyu bull

i heard that is why vacuum cleaners are so loud. they made them quieter and even though they worked just as well nobody thought they did.

we have a kuhn fc300g(gyro mount). anyways it has a reversible pto shaft for 540 and 1000. my nephew says that if we hook the tractor 1000 pto to the mower 1000 input we only have to run it little over half throttle because the mower is still set at 540. ive tried to tell him that we would...

    Hay Baled

our area has a lot more yield than most. we get around 4 bales an acre if its fertilized and the ph is right. thats the heaviest 4'x5' we can bale with silage special baler. if we bale for somebody else we get half the hay or $80/acre.

    Kentucky Zombie Deer

    Culling Cow

    Harley sales are down........

harley changed their whole business plan that had been working for decades. there was always a waiting list to get one and because of that they held their value almost to the point where they were worth as much as a new one. once they increased manufacturing and flooded the market they sold a...

    My new used truck.

It's to late for this truck but I under coat my truck a few times a year with used engine oil. I heard transmission fluid actually works better because its designed to penetrate the metal as opposed to just lubricating. obviously used motor oil is a little easier to come by though

    TRACTOR HYDRAULIC PROBLEM

well the problem finally found itself i guess you'd say. it was in the joystick all this time. today the joystick went all loose and nothing worked. took a look at it and there was a bolt that fell out. got the bolt back in and everything works great now. I forgot how fast the hydraulics...

    baleage with thistle

    baleage with thistle

has anyone here made some baleage with thistle as opposed to wrap. im wondering if the plastic will hold the bale together enough after the thistle rots. thought it might be easier to feed out if i only had to remove the plastic wrap and not the netting.
