    blunt force trauma

Sounds like you should have left it alone. We were working our cows, vaccinations and all, one of our cows came thru the head chute fast and hard , next day had a lump come up on her the size of a basketball. We thought about lancing it not knowing if she had a splinter or something in it...

    Stuck in the Mud

Make sure you turn her from side to side about every 2 hours, otherwise she could bloat

    Calves not shedding out

Feed them corn chops, they love them and it helps to shed their winter coats to a slick finish. Also, corn chops will put weight on them. Don't feed to much at once though. Start out a pound or so per 500 lbs body weight for the first couple of weeks

    Feet

Dun, I am sure you were not perfect when you were born, sometimes the feet are genetic, and half to be trimmed, spending a little time trimming a cow's hoof isn't any worse than checking a man for prostate cancer but we don't send you to the slaughter.

    SICK COW

No, she is not pregnant. We think maybe she swallowed some kind of hardware. We are giving her antibiotics from the vet but I just don't know.

swollen feet n the growth of whatever between the toes

We have a brangus cow and she has one on each hoof, they are corns and I have been told that it is usually genetic and that they would have to be cut out. It cost us around $50.00 a hoof. But if you don't get them cut out they seem to be very uncomfortable for your animal to walk on. Just...
